Hi, I’m Miroslava—a Principal Product Designer with over 18 years of experience simplifying complexity and designing systems people can actually use. I’ve spent most of my career in the public sector, leading UX for high-impact, data-rich tools used by millions. If you’ve ever checked U.S. energy data online, chances are you’ve seen my work.
I’m equal parts strategist and builder. I like to zoom way out—think structure, flow, mental models—and then zoom back in to finesse the copy, the microinteractions, and the moments that make a product feel sharp and intentional. My design superpower is seeing through the noise and shaping clarity that scales.
Outside of work, I make intricate mixed-media art—dense with texture, layers, and intricate detail. It’s the same energy I bring to UX: thoughtful, layered, and a little unexpected. Give me a tangled system, a fuzzy problem, or an unloved legacy tool, and I’ll turn it into something elegant and useful.
Right now I’m looking for fully remote roles where I can keep working on complex, meaningful products—especially those with a mission, a little chaos, and room to build something new.
